The grapes were hand-picked, whole-cluster pressed, barrel-fermented in neutral French oak and aged sur-lies for almost 3 years. After bottling, additional cellaring at estate for 2 years. A subtle,<br \/>\nsensual wine, with racy acidity backed by richness from extended barrel aging. No fining, no RS, all vegan, no BS. The wine medaled SILVER at the SF Chronicle&#8217;s 2025 Wine Competition.
