The grapes are carefully hand picked, whole cluster pressed, and then fermented in neutral French oak and stainless steel for 6 months on the lees with no additional fining or
residual sugar. This product is also vegan and free
of any unnecessary additives. Recommended pairing with a gazpacho, a spicy Thai shrimp salad, or wings with a buffalo sauce.
